Standardization

Introducing the ‘F-Spec’ Rating scale

This new scale is set to be the industry standard in the coming year. By combining these 5 elements of cannabis, we aim to standardize cannabis for both consumers AND producers of cannabis in the future. The U.S Chamber of cannabis is the first to create a standard scale of this nature. This scale will produce a final standard number that will give consumers a much better scope of how to judge their product and experience.

What we plan to use the scale for in the future is a reference point for cannabis users to know what to expect from a cannabis product before use. Taking into account the 5 levels of the scale we will end with a final score that should be able to describe the quality of the product and its useablity. We are working with cannabis producers and medical professionals in the cannabis space to create this uniform scale that we plan to use nationwide as a grading scale that can be used by all.

How Will it Work?

While we are still in the testing and research phase of its creation. The U.S.Chamber of cannabis ‘F-Spec’ scale will start with a small number of cannabis experts who will personally test cannabis products from different producers and use their industry experience and expertise to create the first grading of the scales. As more data and testing is taken, the scale will begin to take shape where we can open it to the public and their experiences with that particular strain or product. It is important to note, however, that this scale will tell you what to EXPECT from a cannabis product based on its lab testing, genetics, and quality of production. Because everyone has a unique endocannabanoid system, it is impossible for anyone to guarantee what any cannabis product will produce in terms of effects.
